A pre-event interview with the Customer Experience Manager of Ella’s Kitchen

We are excited to reveal that Rebecca Powell, Customer Experience Manager at Ella’s Kitchen, will take the stage at our upcoming Customer Engagement Summit on November 28. Taking place at The Brewery on Chiswell Street in London, this event will explore all aspects of CX and welcome more than 1,000 delegates.

To get a sneak peek of what Becky will discuss, we reached out for a pre-event interview and asked what she will be talking about, what our attendees can learn from her session and what she predicts for the future of CX.

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO HAVE YOU SPEAKING AT OUR UPCOMING CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT SUMMIT THIS MONTH. CAN YOU GIVE US A SNEAK PEEK OF WHAT YOU WILL BE TALKING ABOUT?

I’m going to be focussing on how marketing, in particular our strong brand identity, plays an important role in supporting us to deliver outstanding customer experience. It is the foundation to us being able to create and deliver a social engagement strategy that meets the needs of our consumers now and in the future.

WHAT CAN OUR ATTENDEES EXPECT TO LEARN FROM YOUR SESSION?

Our approach to creating a social engagement strategy focussed on the whole customer journey.

LASTLY, WHAT ARE YOUR PREDICTIONS FOR THE FUTURE OF CX?

It seems obvious that AI will continue to become more sophisticated and deliver highly customised experiences. However, based on our research, Gen Z want enhanced emotional connections, so companies will need to create these connections by empathising with customers’ needs and emotions. Making human interactions and showing genuine care will be essential in order to build and maintain brand love, trust and loyalty.

If you are interested in attending Becky’s session and learning from other industry experts, make sure you reserve your free ticket for the Customer Engagement Summit.
